# Device unable to connect to network

  1. Check the status of the profile on the platform, whether it is INSTALLED, ENABLED, or DISABLED.
  2. Troubleshoot based on the solution provided in the following table.

  • For iPhone, Click on the Settings → Cellular Data, click on the eSIM profile and switch on the ‘Turn On This Line’

ENABLED
  • Step 1:Confirm if the device has enabled the roaming switch.
  • Contact the core network team to confirm whether the Profile has successfully registered to the Operator’s network.
  • Step 3:Check if the current enabled eSIM profile on the device is a data card.
  • Step 4:Verify if the device's APN is correctly configured.
DISABLED Ask the user to manually enable the eSIM (enabling procedures are detailed above) and then check whether the device connects to the network normally. If yes, the troubleshooting is complete; if not, Reference to the previous solution.
