The SIM status is crucial for understanding SIM card usage, troubleshooting issues, and managing services. For conscience. You don't need to understand each carrier's status change process.   • Test_Ready: Typically associated with testing or debugging processes.
  • Activated: It is successfully registered on the carrier's network and can fully use all provided services such as voice calls, SMS, and data.
  • Deactivated: The SIM card can perform all communication operations, including making calls, sending messages, and using mobile data.

To single change SIMs status using this feature, follow these steps:

# Batch change status

To batch change SIMs status using this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the [Device] menu to access the Device page, select [Batch]-> [Batch change SIM status], and you will be directed to the page. How to 8
  2. Choose the authorized MNO, and click on the [Download Template] link to download the template file. Fill in the ICCID for the devices in the template file. Finally, upload the filled template file. How to 9
  3. Click on the [Confirm] button to proceed with the change process.
  4. If all the data of the task is executed successfully, you can view the results directly on the Device page. However, if there are errors, you can click [Download result] on the batch task page to obtain the file containing the error dates and reasons. After making the necessary corrections, please follow the instructions from Step 1 to start the process again.
